Destination Europe was founded by Mr. Muhammad Kamran in 1996. At that time there were very few people in Pakistan knows about the importance of students counseling. Students, who want to study abroad usually, find it very hard together knowledge about quality foreign institution which could in their view enable to lead them to a well recognized degree.
